X-CITE IMMO is the app for property management companies, housing associations, real estate agents, and private landlords who want to handle their apartment handovers and building inspections paperlessly.

BUILDING INSPECTIONS AND PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Document inspections of buildings, outdoor areas, and common areas, organized by category. Record defects with multiple photos simultaneously, assign them to specific rooms and trades, and keep track of the processing status at all times. The completed inspection report is immediately available as a PDF.

DIGITAL HANDOVER REPORTS
Capture move-in and move-out digitally, including signatures, directly on your device. The landlord's certificate according to § 19 BMG (German Federal Registration Act) is automatically generated. You can conveniently prepare reports on your computer at x-cite-web.de and then further edit the draft in the app.

APARTMENT CONDITION, METERS, AND KEYS
