• Learning Content Creation: Powered with an engaging set of learner-centric tools, our all-in-one LXP provides designers, facilitators, and learners with a single robust platform to create and experience custom learning journeys. It allows custom content creation as well as linkages to external resources along with SCORM and xAPI content.
• Learning Content Recommendation: It allows earners to learn in a way that suits them at that moment in time through reading material, audio, video, quiz, flashcards, surveys, resources, templates. It also allows learners to see content recommended by the platform based on each individual’s preferences, skill gaps and career path
• On-the-go Learning: A learner can move from a mobile or desktop and have an equivalent experience, and also download content for viewing offline, then continue online.
• Social Learning: Learners can be constantly engaged through meaningful discussions, organizational updates, information sharing, success stories,, photo galleries, and chat sections.
• Evaluation by Managers: Learners can submit their tasks/files online for their managers to evaluate. Notifications are sent to the manager of learner with link to the assessment section.
