Very hard to use and does not provide any messaging that helps the user. When an error was encountered on information keyed in, the app just froze no messaging or stopping. Very poor design and coding of the app.

I love Sub Station II. The food is awesome & the service at the Lugoff, SC location is wonderful! I would give both 10 stars if it was an option. I didn't give a full 5 star due to the app. I used the contact us to send an email. I got a reply that the email it sent it to either doesn't exist or I don't have permission to post in the group. My issue with the app is that the Super Special Salad doesn't have a size option like the others do. I also have a suggestion for the rewards program.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the app does not give the option to order a sandwich with no toppings. I needed one of mine with just meat and cheese.
