About this app

GOAT RV gives you a private, structured way to practice the skill of blind remote viewing on Android. The protocol provided is adapted from the same protocol developed by the U.S. military and utilized to gather information about that was otherwise unable to be determined.

You start with only a target ID, and are guided through progressive steps that help you establish target contact, and then probe further for more information.

Record your first impressions: shapes, textures, temperatures, sounds, movement, and whatever else arrives. Once you have completed all the steps, you lock the session, the target is revealed, and then you compare your notes with the target image.

ESTABLISHING THE SIGNAL
Ten Establishing the Signal sessions are included free. This walks you through the opening phases of the protocol, where you learn to access "blackboard" and get your first taste of target contact.

FULL SESSION
This is an advanced, highly refined remote viewing protocol that many pay thousands of dollars to learn. For that reason, a small, one-time fee has been included in order to access the Full Session, which can be purchased through Google Play. There is no subscription.
