If you're looking for a quick platform for vending data, goodlifesub isn't it at all. Yes, sometimes there is bad network and all that can cause pending transactions but that's not the issue with them. The issue is their very unresponsive customer service. Yes I get their busy but 12 hours after reporting an issue and noone says anything about it? That's too poor! My money just vanished in their system but it's alright. I don't recommend this platform AT ALL

A good app for sometime although the data is cheap I love ii but the annoying thing is that when I deposited it takes minutes before I see the money also I had a balance of 300naira and I wanted to buy data, they didn't allow me telling me I have a low balance then I tried buying airtime It went successful I also tried lodging a complaint WhatsApp was telling me their number is too short.

before I would have given it 5 stars but for months now I can't buy airtime or data and my money is still there and I can't use it and the customer service person on Whatsapp don't even reply to my messages anymore I would have deleted the app but my money is still there and I am hoping update it's 2026 , I already deleted the app and their WhatsApp community was deactivated. the fact that it's still on play store is surprising to me
