Does not contain all the required information. I put in two service tickets for missed recycling (Was the week before the every other week schedule was starting) and every time the app showed 'delayed pickup - material collected.' What it didn't show was the note that they weren't going to be picking up at all due to staffing. Had to call 311 to figure that out. Woulda been nice to know that.

it was working great until I got a new phone. it's still working pretty good except if I take a picture it won't upload. and then I take a picture and make a phone call, when I go back to the picture to give her the information, she gets it. I want to go back to My phone and finish the survey but when I press the number five like I always do it doesn't work.

Tons of service categories, long click-thrus. comprehensive.ish. if u already know how city services work you can use this to start the ball rolling, but ticket closeouts are poorly documented here. Now, if they can just decrease the superlong time-to-submit, umpteen million different data entry fields & numerous sequential pages to submission. do we have to tell app dev's the point of apps is to make it quicker?!?
