CLT+ is the City of Charlotte service request and information app.
All communities within Mecklenburg County that receive city services can access CharMeck 311 through CLT+.
Whether you need trash pick-up, want to report a code violation in your neighborhood or a stray animal, CLT+ is designed to meet your everyday needs.
Supported city departments include Solid Waste Services, Storm Water, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Neighborhood & Business Services and Charlotte Department of Transportation.
Residents can also request a municipal service by visiting https://servicerequest.charlottenc.gov/.

It's nice to look up my recycling week when the app works properly. More times than not, however, it tells me my address is not serviced even though it is. Sometimes I can enter a different address on my street (I live on a very short street) and it will give me the day, but other times it says that is also not serviced. I live well within the city limits, and the city does in fact collect my trash and recycling. Other than this issue, the app works well.

I want to lead into this by saying I love the idea of this app and everything is trying to accomplish, however when it crashes every time I attempt to submit a ticket, it accomplishes nothing. Crashes when attempting to include photos, open map to assign ticket location, it even crashes pretty regularly when just opening the app 😢

Step in the right direction. It's nice to be able to look up trash and recycling days. I also applaud the notion of being able to report several things like line of sight obstructions, traffic light timing, dead animals, and bulky item pick up for some examples. I have not tried them yet but I hope the experience is smooth. It would be nice to save my address.
