About this app

Application that allows pensioners residing abroad the possibility of accessing the Social Security system to present reliable proof of life.
The application will allow the pensioner to identify themselves in it, either through Cl@ve or through biometric mechanisms.
Once the pensioner is identified in the application, they will have access to the service to carry out the experience confirmation process.
Once a certificate of life has been completed, if it is positive, all the necessary information will be sent to the INSS along with a signed document proving that this validation has been carried out through the video-identification procedure. This document will be stored in the INSS corporate systems.
Once the proof of life has been received and satisfactorily processed by the INSS, a receipt will be issued to the pensioner. From the application you will receive a notice indicating that you can download said receipt through the specific documents section.
Pensioners who have already carried out the experience control through this mechanism may be notified, in successive years, of the need to re-accredit experience by a message in this application.
To access the system through Cl@ve, you must be registered as a user in the Cl@ve application itself, either through a DNI or electronic certificate or in person at an office.

Finally, it works!!! Last year, I could not get the app to accept a passport and worse still, my mum didn't have a driver's licence, not many people over 80 do. So please provide other options such as the Medicare card which all Australian residents have. Anyway, having gone through the previous barrier, face scanning worked without issue and I was finally able to validate the user. Thanks heavens for that because we were seriously considering not bothering anymore.

Worst software, impossible to use, gets to step 7 and verifies face forever... Elderly will never be able to use this, people need to use the old method, many people without a cell phone...

After last update it doesn't let me finish proof of life. Tried everything, cleaning cache and reinstalling. Emailed customer service no answer yet
