About this app

RequestIndy is an exciting tool from the City of Indianapolis' Mayor's Action Center which allows our citizens to request non-emergency City services and report issues such as potholes, trash collection, and animal issues. Currently, RequestIndy can be used to enter more than 30 of the most commonly requested services. RequestIndy is fully-integrated with the City's enterprise-wide service systems for each City department so requests are routed directly to the folks who can resolve the issue.
RequestIndy is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to allow citizens to make these requests at their convenience.

RequestIndy may also be used to check the status of requests previously submitted online.

AVG Anti-virus detected malware in the app and recommended uninstall. It's a pigeonhole style interface that ignores city owned property as location and instead defaults to the nearest privately owned parcel before a report can be described. I had to dial into 311 non emergency because of this blame-centric style when recently the nearest actionable location to the real one was over a block away. Consistently inadequate for real world communication. It was fine years ago, but now...?

This app is pure trash. It force closes everytime you try and submit a request. The UI is outdated, it's buggy, and overall hasn't been updated since 2018. Indianapolis needs to get it together.

This app doesn't work anymore in which they wanted so they won't have to work. If you have ever called them their do rude never have answers for you. Now the app not working has if it really did. The guy I spoke with last time told me that they don't have time for me in which I was calling about trash and pot holes in alley. They really don't care cause ny alley looks like trash that's because they don't fine people. Do better for the love of my neighborhood.
