The National Taiwan Library's "Smart Guide" App Officially Launched: Experience Smart Guidance and Enter a Sustainable World of Books!

The National Taiwan Library has launched the "Smart Guide" App, a smart service integrating a mobile library card. It offers a comprehensive mobile library service solution, including searching the library's collection, adding books to your library's inventory, and map-based book location guidance (pilot program available at the Children's Information Center).

Readers with an existing physical library card can simply log in to the app using their account and password from the collection search system to begin their convenient journey. Whether at a book fair, bookstore, or other library, if you see a book that interests you and it's already in the National Taiwan Library's collection, you can easily add it to your "Mobile Collection" in the app.

Upon arriving at the National Taiwan Library, the app can also help you find books from your "Mobile Collection" folder at the Children's Information Center using your mobile device. You can then use your mobile library card to borrow books at the counter, eliminating the need to carry your physical library card.
