Easy to use, very simple, but doesn't have a full MDES webpage experience, yes it's compacted for the mobile version. But, it's only broken down to the basics in order to run your claim account. Does not give the ability to change, or view information like the actual webpage account does, such as, viewing inquiry, or even benefit maintenance.... If only an update were made that added these two features... That would make this app complete, would also be VERY MUCH appreciated by MANY surely.

This app minimizes the time spent completing the weekly certification. The only problem that I've run into has been when the site is down for maintenance or for whatever reason, the app doesn't give you notice of what is going on with the site or that it is down. It just constantly reboots the page making a person think that the information that was entered was wrong. If the app gave some kind of indication of what is going on, or tells you to try back later, then it would top notch.

This app is easy to work. However, there are a couple of quirks that can be frustrating. The rolling date method for adding job inquiries can be frustrating since the years go back way beyond the current year. Have your inquiries directly in front of you, with addresses, zipcodes ect. because the app times out and you have to reenter all of your information. Overall this is a very up to date easy method of entering and receiving unemployment insurance.
