MERITS is a role-based application on the Health Commerce System (HCS) that was designed to track medical countermeasure inventory for the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and Local Health Departments (LHD’s) in New York State (NYS).

Updated the barcode scanning, wireless zebra printing , and interactive inventory count.
Users can now use Bluetooth barcode scanners to interact with the application.
