Ohio’s Child Support mobile app gives users secure and easy access to their child support case information anytime, anywhere. Users can:
· Register to access child support case/order and account information
· Make a payment by credit card or view instructions for making payments from your checking or savings account, either electronically or through the mail
· Choose how to receive payments by enrolling in direct deposit or the Ohio child support debit card program
· Review your payment history for the last 24 months
· Receive payment notifications and alerts
· View case details for your Ohio child support cases
· View and update your personal information, including contact, employment, health insurance and child information
· Contact your child support worker by safely and securely sending messages
· Find your local child support agency information, including phone number, address, website and direction

ever since the app was updated to the Ohio ID login information, the app has become useless. When I click on the app to open it, it won't allow you to click on any of the links. I can't link my account, I can't sign up, I can't do anything. I see this is a problem for a lot of people, so I'm sure it's going to be fixed soon. still not changing my review. this app is trash. you can't use your login information already saved it doesn't always let me sign in. with 1.1 stars you think theyd fix it

New Update ruined this app. This app was easy to use and was my only method to pay, being that I live outside of town. now that they did the new update where it requires you to use a OH ID (which I do have) You cannot click anywhere on the screen, you cannot scroll up or down, there's no way to log in or make payments or do anything at all for that matter on the app anymore !!! Please fix this 🥺😭🤦🏻‍♀️ it's almost as if the main screen isn't big enough for all the content they added

The new update is still not working. The screen seems to be frozen. No link to click on for the updated process. It asks you to use your OhioID login, it has the option at the bottom of the screen but won't access anything when you touch it. Extremely inconvenient when trying to view past child support payments. I don't make payments but I'm sure its a hassle for people who do. Please fix!!
