At first, I thought the app was crashing...you can't have power saving mode on for it to function. This app is useful for knowing when, what, and why to report before waiting on hold on the customer service line. Very informational so recipients do not face over-issuance that have to be paid. Contains resources for other assistance with food.

The government that has the program doesn't have a fuctionable app only information you can get without the app, however other non government companies provide a fuctionable app, however you may not be able to log in after setting up the account. Crazy the county however does have a phone number for fraud lost or stolen cards

I thought it show balance and transaction. it doesn't provide anything card wise just info. Useless if you want info on your current card.
