About this app

Exercising your responsibility to support your sons and daughters is at your fingertips. ASUME created this application so that you can quickly and easily access information about your food case at the agency from your mobile device. From this app, if you have a case at the agency, you can: create your profile in online services, obtain information about balances and payments, pay alimony by credit card, receive alerts. Participants, citizens and employers can obtain a certification of compliance.

Certification - a participant or citizen can request the certification issued by ASUME by completing all the fields.

Connect - allows you to access or register for ASUME's online services if you are a participant in the agency. From there you can verify the balances and payments received, obtain a payment history, pay alimony, obtain a certification.

Calculator - allows you to make an approximate calculation of alimony.

Ratings and reviews

Useless... Installed it and attempted to get a no-debt certificate and it always told me that there was an error. I attempted it 10 times. I pulled up an iOS device, installed the app, and the certificate was generated instantly. What were the odds that the system was down when I was using this app, versus when I used the iOS version? Well, I attempted one more time to get the certificate from the Android app, and it error again. Useless app.

Useless. The monthly balance is not accurate. It appears an amount of balance pending for months then that amount changes without seeing any deposit. Very suspicious.

If I could give it a -5 star rating, I would, nothing in this app works, you don't get a response from the developers either, why do you even have this app up on Google play store if it doesn't work, %100 trash.
