About this app
The EeMóvil application mainly contains the functionalities of the My Special Portal System focused on mothers, fathers and those in charge of the special education program. The use of EeMóvil will allow families of students in the special education program to have the student's main information at their fingertips on their smartphone. This application increases the visibility that families of students in the special education program have about educational and other related processes, through a robust system of notifications and alerts direct to the mobile device.
Below we present the main functionalities in this application:
Student General Information
Access to the students' electronic Individualized Educational Program (IEP).
Access to a copy of students' academic progress at 10, 20, 30 and 40 weeks.
Access to student evaluations
Viewing evaluation referral status
Viewing appointments for evaluation processes.
Viewing therapy referral status
Ability to file complaints in the administrative procedure of the Special Education Program.
Functionality that allows the filing of requests for services through the mechanism of the Secretariat Unit of the Complaints Procedure and Provisional Remedy.
Access to applications, approval letters and service contracts offered through the Provisional Remedy mechanism.
Access to details of therapy services offered to students by related service providers.
Ability to view and track transportation scholarship payment reimbursements.
Modules for parents with students in private schools at public expense to be able to view service approval letters and request reimbursement for services in applicable cases.
Functionality of direct notifications to users about the main processes of the students of the Special Education Program.
