Pretty comprehensive on the basics, but lacks in-depth material that helps people avoid wish-cycling. Needs a bit more guidance on things like laminated/plastic covered cardboard or printed cardboard/paperboard materials; info on specific types of plastic and the methods/locations for them instead of just the object being recycled. Bonus points for a mini game! All in all, a good start that could use some more technical info, easier navigation, and a comprehensive list of materials.

it would be nice of the contact information and address were available at every point in the interfaces where a location is listed. Instead of us having to leave the app, go to Google to find it.

I love getting a weekly reminder of whether it is a recycling or yard waste pickup week. It also would be very useful to add notices about Raleigh loose leaf collection schedule and reminder of when to put out leaves for our zone.
