outright unreliable app. very simple purpose but failing at it. idea is to be able to submit a request, one page form but fails to submit. almost feels neglected by design.

not the most user friendly. having to have a 15 character. password is ridiculous! 12 should be more than accurate!

Worcester 311 literally never does anything I've ever requested. Abandoned vehicles, trash, safety concerned regarding roadways, snow/ice, or street signs, they have done nothing about multiple issues, for years.
