About this app

Now with the new ACS Mobile App, all you need to know about your shipments is a T-APP away!

- Collect your package from the ACS Locker easily and quickly, without searching for the PIN on your mobile, by simply pressing the “Pick-up from ACS Locker” button

- Register your favorite ACS Locker in our chatbot "ACiStant", so you can collect all your future orders faster from that point

- Find the ACS point that best serves you on the navigation map

- Get real-time information about your shipment progress

- Contact our digital assistant (ACiStant) in order to answer any questions you may have about your shipments, with the option of selecting new delivery date, new pick-up point or delivery to your neighbour’s address

- Inform digitally the nearest ACS store, so that the courier can pick up your shipments from your place at your own time (Online Pick-up)

- Find out about the cost and delivery time of each shipment

- Scan the Barcode of your digital ACS Member card, to receive discounts on your shipments

- Receive real-time updates on any operational issues of our network stores.

Helps track my parcels to and from so that's good. Almost impossible to speak to a human. if you need to ask anything is only drawback with ACS with the option of a non existent call back the only option....

basically it's useless. I entered my info to create an account in the app, but if I want to use the website I have to register again with usernames in password. am I missing something or I am totally stupid? no documentation, courier sends me urls not working. every single step even the most basi, is problematic.

The chat agent has no meaning and other than providing preselected actions cannot even engage in a discussion. The app itself does offer any contact mechanisms to the company for issues.
