I wanted to upgrade because I want to watch just one series. The ad says 5.55 euros. Once I signed in, the cheapest option was 7-8 euros and no trial period. I don't mind the price difference but I think it's disrespectful to the customers to advertise one thing and offer another. Especially for an app that hardly ever works. No trial? Really?

The application is unusable. It does not work on Google TV UHD it shows is not compatible with my device. On my mobile oneplus 8T it's freezing all the time and not responding. I am wondering how do you think anyone will purchase such an expensive service, more expensive than some competitors with much bigger collection if you have such kid and basic issues. Fix your application, lower your prices and then i will consider try again not even purchase. Unacceptable!

If I could, I would rate it with zero stars. Does not work on my phone, xiaomi A1, after I reached out to support, they said it is incompatible. It plays only some shows, none of the plus ones. Tried also from latest Chrome on PC, Windows 10, still no luck. This is ridiculous! If you want us to pay, we expect it to work great! Most of my trial is gone, trying to fix this and getting angry, instead of enjoying "Serres" series. Shame on you!
