Many issues, which occur randomly and remain after each update. 1.App doesn't load, message "An error occured" appears. 2.Location is not working, like being disabled from the device, user has to find exact address and type it to proceed. 3.Map is showing location, but address bar remains empty, so you can't proceed and book a ticket. 4.App is always very slow. Replying with a phone number is not a solution. There is much feedback in all ratings to correct all bugs.

Bad experience while I use the app and pay via revolut, I get back to my car and I saw ticket and I need to pay 30 euros fees. OK with this. After when I check the app again I saw that the app didn't say if the ticket is enable or not I saw the receipt but app get the money from revolut after 2 days. I send email same day in order to give me back my 6 euros which I pay but they didn't reply.

I shouldn't need an account to be able to see the parking spots!!! EDIT: On the reply, makes no sense, I don't want to book a space I want to see the parking spots, the map of them in a usable version, if that needs an account then you are not an adequate developer
