Shell GO+ app is the official mobile app of Shell GO+, the Shell stations’ loyalty program in Greece and Cyprus (ex Smart Club/allSmart).

Ratings and reviews

Was working fine until it updated and now shows an error message "Allsmartapp cannot be installed on your device due to device settings". This is on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T with Android 10. Edit: Turns out it was because my device is rooted. I understand this limitation for banking apps, but why the allSmart app? All I'm doing is display the barcode to the gas station because my physical card is kept in a different vehicle.

Really bad app. It stops working sometimes and then you try to change from one screen to another and it is so slow that you can travel to their servers and back faster than the requests they make. The user interface is terible and the bugs just keep on coming!

After an update the app stopped showing the detailed point transactions under "My Account" menu. This is from December 2022 if not older. Still hasn't been fixed. The issue is only on my Android device. iPhone version seems to be fine.
