DocNow brings the doctor to your mobile. 15-minute video conference with certified Greek doctors — no waiting, no travel, whenever you need it.

How it works
1. Download the app to your mobile and register in less than a minute.
2. Choose your desired time based on availability, describe your case and upload photos if necessary.
3. Speak with the doctor of your choice through the app, in a personalized 15-minute session.

What we cover
DocNow covers most of the cases you would go to your doctor for:
- Respiratory infections, colds, flu
- Skin issues, rashes, allergic reactions
- Urinary tract infections
- Gastrointestinal problems, stomach disorders
- Reissue of medications for chronic diseases
- Sick leaves
- Referrals for tests and specialists
- General advice and second opinions

Prescription and referrals
The doctor issues an electronic prescription through the IDIKA system (Digital Prescription), referrals for tests and sick leaves, at the medical discretion and if deemed appropriate. The fee covers the medical evaluation, regardless of the result.

A cost, without hidden charges
20€ per session. Includes a 15-minute video conference with a doctor, electronic prescription, examination referrals and medical notes in your profile. No subscription, no hidden fees.

Security and privacy
All calls and medical data are encrypted. We comply with GDPR and Law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette A' 137/2019). All DocNow doctors are registered with the Medical Association of their region.

Legal framework
Telemedicine is expressly provided for by article 66 of Law 5129/2024 (Government Gazette A' 124/01.08.2024), which amended the Code of Medical Ethics (Law 3418/2005) and allows the performance of medical procedures and the examination of a patient using digital applications.

The service is intended for people in Greece. Any prescription may not be valid outside of Greece.

DocNow is not intended for emergencies and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In the event of an emergency, call EKAB immediately at 166 or go to the nearest hospital.
