With the upgraded EydApp application by EYDAP for Android, you can now access your water service account and manage key functions easily from your smartphone or tablet — available in both Greek and English. Pay your bill, get service updates, report issues, and manage your meters, all in one place.

- Bill barcode scanning:
Scan the barcode on your bill to avoid manual entry of invoice number and amount.

- Bill payment via debit/credit card:
Complete your payment securely via the DIAS interbank system using your debit or credit card.

- Multiple meter management:
View all water meters linked to your account and check the details of your latest bills.

- Fault report history:
Track the progress of submitted reports and easily resubmit a previous one if needed.

New updates & improvements:

- Water outage notifications by municipality:
Get notified about water supply interruptions by simply selecting your municipality — no need to choose a specific area.

- Support for payments with active standing orders:
If a standing order is active, the app notifies you and allows you to proceed with manual payment if desired.

- Partial payment option:
Users can choose to pay a partial amount of their bill. A new invoice number will be generated to reflect the amount and can be copied for use in e-banking.
