About this app

Fitty Admin is the staff application of Fitty — the management platform used by sports clubs, schools and gyms all over Greece.

The coach opens his mobile, sees the day's lessons and registers attendances in seconds — in the room, without a computer and without paper.

THE DAY'S SCHEDULE

• The week at a glance, with a colored indicator for each lesson of the day
• Open it to a fortnight or a whole month, when you are looking for something further
• Each lesson shows time, room and how many members have already registered
• The lesson that is currently running stands out with its own indicator
• Return to "Today" with one touch, no matter where you are

ATTENDANCES WITH ONE TOUCH

• One touch on the member: Present. Second: Absent. Third: cleans up
• Tardiness and excused absence from the menu of each line
• “Everyone present” for the usual case, and correction of those missing
• No save button — the entry is saved by itself
• If the network is lost, the screen keeps your work and offers repetition

FOR ALL STAFF

• The coach sees his own lessons
• The secretariat and the administration see the schedule of the whole day, with the name of the coach in each lesson
• Anyone who works in more than one space changes space through the application
• Dark theme for evening trainings

CONNECTS WITH YOUR SPACE MANAGEMENT

Everything entered here immediately appears in the space management on the web, and vice versa. Subscriptions, payments, membership registrations and finances are done there; this application only keeps what the coach needs in the room.
