About this app

home.gr is a marketplace for long-term home rentals in Greece — from one month to years. Free, no commission, no subscription.

FREE FOR BOTH SIDES

Searching, communicating, and listing your ad costs nothing. We don’t take a percentage of the rent and we don’t handle payments: whatever you agree to, you agree to directly with each other.

FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HOME

• Search by area, price, duration and availability date — without an account
• Saved searches that notify you as soon as something matching is uploaded
• Favorites, so you don't lose what you liked
• Messages with the owner and a reservation request that gets a clear response

FOR THE OWNER

• Listing in steps, with photos taken from the mobile
• A fullness indicator shows what is still missing from the ad
• Management of requests without ambiguity: accept, reject or question
• Optional engineering services, if you want them — electronic lease, PEA

WHAT WE DON'T DO, AND WE SAY IT CLEARLY

We do not verify the properties. Everything you read in an ad is declared by the owner and is marked as such — no one has checked it on your behalf.

The exact address is never published. A circle appears on the map around the area, so you know where you are without exposing the property.

We never ask for a deposit and we do not mediate payments. If someone asks you for money before you see the house, report them.

SECURITY

Every ad, user and message can be reported. Every user can be blocked. The two are not the same and their difference is stated in the application: the report is reviewed by a human, while the block is effective from the moment you click it and cuts off messages and booking requests, in both directions.

PRIVACY

There are no advertising networks and we do not track your activity on other applications. The location is only requested when you click "My location" while listing a property. Your account is deleted from within the application, without email and without waiting.
