Useless app. 3/4 times when I try to perform an online payment with the app,it just crashes. On top of that the "push notifications" feature does not work at all.

Complete disgrace. Optima’s systems go down constantly — always “upgrading” during the busiest times. Multiple times my debit card has failed at the supermarket; each time I was told to wait because their systems were being taken offline. I had to abandon a full weekly shop because their ‘upgrade’ didn’t finish. The mobile app and web banking are just as unstable. This isn’t incompetence — it’s negligence. They are not a bank but a monkey circus. Do not trust them with your money.

If someone is trying to open the app or even the online banking from outside Greece it won't work!! The whole purpose is to have access to banking when one can't go to the branch. When outside of the country is when it is most needed!!!
