Ratings and reviews

Very frustrating when they have to do a server update. EVERY DAY at 9 to 10pm. That is the time most of people want to use the app. Why dont you do it at 3am why at 9pm? Honestly this might be the reason I will leave Optima in general.

Useless app. 3/4 times when I try to perform an online payment with the app,it just crashes. On top of that the "push notifications" feature does not work at all.

If someone is trying to open the app or even the online banking from outside Greece it won't work!! The whole purpose is to have access to banking when one can't go to the branch. When outside of the country is when it is most needed!!!
