About this app

The "Paradox NEXT Help Button" application is the easy way to get (mainly) emergency assistance by professionals. The responders are managed by Paradox NEXT's Alarm Receiving Centre. Once a help request is received, Paradox NEXT Alarm Monitoring Station personnel is notified and the action plan relevant to the customer is executed.

The Application is kept as simple as possible consisting of one Help button. Keeping the Help button pressed for about 3 seconds, causes a distress message to be sent to Paradox Next. Your location, entered name and telephone number will be used by the responders for communication, physical location and assistance.

The application requires a valid License Key that is issued by Paradox NEXT.

Please Note:
• Paradox NEXT "Help Button" requires a data connection and access to your phone's location services.
• When a Help Request is unable to be sent through data (TCP) connections, if the service is activated by you, an SMS will be send (charged as a simple SMS from your network provider). This feature by default is OFF and the user must enable it (OPT-IN).
