The app is problematic for some stations. For instance, from my departure station A(not actual name) I cannot select the destination to be "Neratziotisa". When i pick "Neratziotisa" as departure, I cannot select the station A as the destination. (Disappears from the list) This bug is existent since ages in the app. If it isn't a bug indeed, please make the app explain this in a meaningful way to the user.

Thank you for your review. We would like to inform you that the list of destinations is based on your selection of a departure station. If the desired destination is not among the stations in that list, that means there is not route supported between the selected departure station and the desired one.

Not designed with user in mind. Every time I want to access the app, I need to enter my password as the app doesn't save it. Also, I cannot save my card payment details and must enter my address every time I buy a ticket, which includes selecting "Greece" as country of residence from a long list of the world's countries (Greece should be the default country as 99.9% of its customers are from there).

App needs major improvement on UI and speed. The seating plan is unreliable. I have booked more than once, seat facing the direction of the travel and I ended up having an opposite direction seat. Also there is no way to contact customer service or amend your booking via the app which is tragic!
