About this app

Lessons, payments and balances. All in one place.

Kimolia helps private tutors organise their daily work from their phone. Record a lesson and its payment, then see your schedule, teaching hours and student balances together.

STUDENTS AND LESSONS
• Organise students, schools and groups.
• Record the date, time, duration, attendance and notes for each lesson.
• Calculate lesson charges automatically or enter them yourself.

PAYMENTS AND BALANCES
• See what each student has paid and what is still outstanding.
• Record payments and how they are allocated to lessons.
• Review totals by student, school and period.

SCHEDULE AND RECORDS
• Build a weekly schedule with lesson reminders.
• Keep your records under the same account on your phone and tablet.
• Work with your local records offline and sync changes when your connection returns.
• Export and restore local backup files.

For private tutors and teachers working with tutoring centres who want a clear view of their work. No ads.

TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION
Create an account for a free 14-day trial, with no card required. After the trial, an active Kimolia subscription is required: €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year. Google Play shows the final price before purchase. Google Play subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are managed through your Google Play account.

ANDROID AND WEB
One Kimolia subscription includes Android and web access to the same student records, schedule, attendance, private notes and payments. Students do not need an account.

What’s new

• A new account opens straight away. You save your recovery code after your first student.
• First setup needs only one student and one lesson. In the student form, the rest is under "More details".
• When you delete a lesson of a regular lesson, you can delete the following ones too. The regular lesson stops there.
• Two regular lessons at the same time no longer make a duplicate lesson.
