Keep private tutoring organised without a spreadsheet.

Tutor Pay lets private tutors record lessons, hours, charges and payments in one calm, private ledger on their phone.

With the app you can:

- add students, schools and groups,
- record each lesson with date, time, duration, attendance and notes,
- calculate the charge automatically or enter it yourself,
- see at a glance who owes what,
- record payments and see how they are allocated,
- review totals by student, school and period,
- create a weekly schedule and lesson reminders,
- export and restore a local backup file.

Your data stays on your device. No account is required, there are no ads, and the app does not collect personal data.

What’s new

Lesson reminders now work. The switch in Settings would not turn on and no notification ever arrived; both are fixed.
