No English and no ability to take screenshots (for "security reasons") so that it can be translated. Totally useless.

No English options. If there are app doesn't detect English phone and switch. It would be nice if I didn't feel so unwanted by the people and the technology.

It's far from being user-friendly. Everytime I want to use the coffee voucher in the app, I will be forced to update the app, which may take 5+ minutes with poor network connection.
