CertOrigin makes electronic signatures provable.

A signed PDF alone proves nothing: who signed it, when, from where? Was the file changed afterwards? CertOrigin answers exactly that - with every signed document.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Upload any PDF, place signature fields with a click, invite recipients by email.
2. Recipients sign on any device - phone, tablet, laptop - no account required.
3. You receive the finished document plus a standalone certificate with timestamp, location and checksum.

WHAT THE CERTIFICATE SHOWS
- Full SHA-256 hash of the signed document
- Server-side timestamp (not the signer's device clock)
- GPS location at the moment of signing
- QR code to a public, login-free verification page

SECURITY WITHOUT BLIND TRUST
Anyone can independently verify a CertOrigin certificate - without an account, without knowing us. Signatures meet the technical criteria of an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) under Art. 26 eIDAS. Not a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) - that requires an accredited trust service provider.
