Once i got the replacement spool, it was very fast and easy to install. it works great, and for this, I raise my rating. I will still run with the Greenworks brand for certain. so far, this is a horrible experience. way too long to deliver my part. by the way, WHERE IS MY PART. I needed it a week ago, not next month. I have been waiting for two weeks since I ordered. I could have bought it at Tractor Supply instead,,, as well, next time I will.

So confusing I can never find parts I can never match up parts with the tools I bought. I'm using Milwaukee (amazing tools...unbeatable electric tools) and Ego and Worx from now on ...... I made a huge mistake thinking Greenworks would be a great company. And again the procedure for getting parts between the US and Canada which can't ship here is simply a nightmare. Do the research you'll see my point.

Wonky app. Offers a discount, page closes before i can read the fine print, and code doesn't work. Not sure if it's an exclusion or i entered the code wrong. Another pop up wants my email but when I go to type the information the keyboard closes. I hope the product is better than the app.
