I'm an installer, did my first one today. The app refuses to connect to WiFi. I give the proper details and it says it's wrong. Then it disconnects from Bluetooth and will not connect again. I disconnected the power to the unit and tried again and it repeats the same issue. I was unable to connect the water heater to get the software update, tried calling support and the support line was closed for the day.

Is it possible to change the temperature setting through the app? If this were possible, I would give it more stars. I only have had the water heater for a short time and I'll probably write an updated review in a couple of months.

if you want to recirculate and only do it 3 hours at a time. no more than 6 hours a day. I still have to run the water in the back of the house until it gets hot if the recirculating is not turned on. It was my idea when I purchased the water heater so that I wouldn't have to wait for hot water.
