About this app

Neocoop is the official app of the NEO Integral Savings and Credit Cooperative, R.L., a Guatemalan financial cooperative regulated by INGECOP. At a cooperative, you're not just a customer: you're a member.

What you can do with the app:

• Check your contribution balance and your current savings account balance.

• View your transaction history with details of each transaction.

• Download official receipts (RIG and REG) in PDF and image format.

• Review your current products with the cooperative.

• Receive notifications about fixed-term deposit and loan payment due dates.

For Neocoop members:

The app is available only to registered members of the NEO Integral Savings and Credit Cooperative. If you'd like to become a member, you can visit our headquarters in Jocotenango, Sacatepéquez, or contact us via WhatsApp to begin the registration process.

Security

• Biometric login with fingerprint or face recognition on your device.

• Financial data is not stored on your phone; it is accessed from the server each time you use it.

• We comply with the regulations of INGECOP, the Special Verification Office (IVE), and the current Data Protection Law in Guatemala.

• Encrypted communication with TLS 1.3 throughout the app.

How a Cooperative Works

In a cooperative, each member has a voice in the decisions, surpluses are distributed among the members, and rates are set to benefit the group as a whole. This app is a tool for you to stay up-to-date with your cooperative from anywhere.

Technical Requirements

• Be a registered and active member of Cooperativa Integral de Ahorro y Crédito NEO, R.L.

• Android 8.0 or higher.

• Internet connection.
