Electricity card always give error when using on android, same card is working fine on ios. Please fix. Error 2002 Update :- Contacted the app support on chat and sent them photos of electricity card and meter and they told me it is an electricity company issue and we will contact them to fix, how this is possible, the card works fine on your app but on ios system, this means that the problem is with your android app version, try to admit that this is your issue and try to fix it.

It's NFC service keeps lagging despite changing my phone ... And just recently it's always giving me error 501: card doesn't have meter reading ... And no matter how many times I insert it ... It's still showing and I can't charge my bill now

I need to put the electric card several times to transfer the charge , the card is good and read by sahl from the first time when open the app , but when trying to transfer the charge need several attempts to succeed
Hello Tarek, this issue depends on how we read the card on the app for moving the charge if the card didn't read you can put the card in the meter for 30 sec then try again if still call us at 0235372501
