Yr tradesmart was updated recently.. Now again updated and says my hp does not support the update.. This is very irresponsible as we hv been trading using tradesmart for many many years and now cant do so wirh todays update.Like someone commented.. maybe need to consider moving to another platform.

Can not use the apps since 23/8. Contact customer services and they ask me updated to Gboard new version, clear the data, reinstall the apps... It's still not working. On the log in menu, can't type anything and click anything. It's hang.... Rhb customer service ask me go to phone shop to ask for assistance. It's really not convenient...

Mobile phone vs Tablet Working well in mobile phone (Note 9) but not functioning on tablet (Galaxy S7). New update 10/3/2022:- Error "This app is not supported on emulator" Happened on Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Unable to open the app. 19/7/2022 Problem still persist. Until now still no response & not usable in tab environment. Frustrated.
