Can not use the apps since 23/8. Contact customer services and they ask me updated to Gboard new version, clear the data, reinstall the apps... It's still not working. On the log in menu, can't type anything and click anything. It's hang.... Rhb customer service ask me go to phone shop to ask for assistance. It's really not convenient...

After update, I need to press very hard on the screen !! My phone have no problems with other apps, when I updated this app to latest version,Some botton need to press very hard on the screen then only it will respond.

After update, cannot click, cannot key in, cannot login. please rectify. Thanks
