Very sleek and intuitive app with great animations. Only suggestion is to make it clearer in the pour over method how much water to add after blooming. For example, if the brew calls for 300g of water and you bloom with 50, the next step will say pour rest of water (250g). Sometimes I forget how much total water the recipe calls for (e.g. 300g) and I don't like to tare my scale after every step. This means my scale might read 73g and I'm then left having to do math early in my head early in the morning when my brain is not yet fully functional. To summarize, an option for the weights to be cumulative throughout the process would be pretty cool.

This app can be much better. It's a shame it lacks many things now. The animations are cool, but since they are not really accurate to (and closed to) the real actions and side notes, they create a big distraction. The measurements (water and coffee) steps up by 5 units which is kinda weird, because why don't keep it by 1 unit? Step duration is not automatically scaled up or down accordingly to the serving size (more coffee and water need more time to proceed, no?). Anyway, thanks for the app.

Great app! I love the automatic and built-in timers for each step. The animations are great for newbies. I like this tells me how much coffee and beans to use if I want to make more than my standard 2 cups. Speaking of cups, beware the default cup size is set to 5 oz ea, but this is adjustable in settings. I use regular beans (as opposed to espresso) and believe there are 8 oz in a cup regardless of what you are measuring so I was glad to be able to change this. Units are adjustable to metric.
