Extremely disappointed with Eze Eats. I placed an order and paid extra for Top Priority delivery, yet it still took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. Paying an additional fee for priority service should mean faster delivery, not waiting longer than expected. There was no benefit to choosing the priority option, and the overall experience was frustrating. Customers should receive the service they are paying for. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the app.

The delivery driver showed up demanding that I pay him more than what is on my invoice on the app. He was rude and intimidating. I was also overcharged for what i ordered and my receipt for the food was stolen from inside the bag. Deleted the app and would never use it again. Distasteful!

Good app but it is a bit disappointing that they do not deliver to the east coast and it seems it's only in GT. Also when you open a restaurant in the app the entire app crashes and you have to close and reopen the app to use it again
