About this app

Hebi is a business app for managing small businesses: appointment scheduling, client records, payments, and reports—all in one place on your phone and in your browser.

IMPORTANT: Hebi is a business management tool, similar to Calendly, Salesforce, or QuickBooks. The app is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide diagnostics, medical advice, telemedicine, or any recommendations to end users. The app's users are owners and employees of service organizations who manage their own administrative records.

📅 Appointment Calendar
- Daily, three-day, and monthly views.
- Group appointments by employee—see your entire business schedule at a glance.
- Drag-and-drop: reschedule an appointment with a single swipe.
- Long-tap an empty slot to create an appointment—just like in Google Calendar.
- Filter by employee and quickly jump to today.

🗂 Client Cards
- Visual item layout: up to 32 spaces for an adult card or 20 for a child card.
- Color-coded status for each item on the layout.
- Change history for each item.
- Free text fields for specialist work notes.
- Basic client information: name, phone number, date of birth, card type.

💼 Service Catalog
- Services with color coding and individual pricing.
- Link a service to a specific item when scheduling a visit.
- The visit amount is calculated automatically.

💰 Client Balance
- Wallet with transactions: deposits and debits.
- Automatic payment recording upon visit confirmation.
- Automatic crediting upon payment confirmation.
- Complete transaction history for each client, with page-by-page navigation.

👥 Employees and Roles
- Organization Administrator, Senior Specialist, Specialist, Solo Practitioner.
- Access control to sections and actions based on role.
- Each employee has their own color in the calendar for quick identification.

📊 Reporting
- Organizational income by day and month.
- Summary for each employee: services, revenue, number of visits.

🔄 Change Audit
- Complete visit history: who and when changed the status ("Confirmed," "Paid," "Cancelled").
- Idempotent transaction system - no accidental double-spending.

🔒 Security
- HTTPS on all connections.
- Access only to employees of the same organization; other people's data is invisible.
- Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes.
- Separate account for each employee.

Hebi is suitable for both a solo practitioner—the "Individual Practitioner" mode allows one to work without a full-fledged organization—and a network with dozens of employees.

The web version is available on a computer, while the mobile app is for on-site work and quick edits on the go. Data syncs instantly: create a visit on your phone and it's immediately visible in the browser, and vice versa.
