⚠️ bucuresti.help is an INDEPENDENT civic project. It does NOT represent and is NOT affiliated with the City Hall, the Government of Romania or any public institution. It is a tool created by citizens, for citizens.
bucuresti.help transforms a simple photo into an official notification, sent directly to the responsible institution. No complicated forms, no need to look for who to contact.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Take a picture of the problem (pothole, illegal parking, destroyed sidewalk, garbage, faulty lighting, etc.)
2. The AI detects the problem and writes the complaint, with reference to the legal framework
3. Send it with one click, from your email, to the responsible institution in your sector
WHY bucuresti.help
• Free and without a mandatory account — you can also report as a visitor
• The AI writes most of the work: detects the problem, formulates the text, suggests the institution
• The complaint starts from your email, well formulated, to the correct address
• You follow the status of your complaints and receive notifications
• Public map with reported problems in the city
WHAT YOU CAN REPORT
Illegal parking, potholes in the asphalt, destroyed sidewalks, faulty lighting, unkempt green spaces, illegally dumped garbage, abandoned cars, faulty traffic lights, erased markings, broken poles and more.
