About this app

Lightning Path is a focus timer built around the twelve gods of the Greek
pantheon. Instead of another bare countdown, every deep work session becomes an
offering: you choose the god whose sphere your work belongs to, commit to 25, 50
or 90 minutes, and stay present until the timer runs out. Leave the app before
it does and the offering is lost. That one rule is what makes the timer matter.

The pantheon is a wheel of twelve deities, each holding one area of life —
Helios for leadership, Athena for study, Apollo for making, Artemis for
movement, Ares for the work you keep avoiding, Aphrodite for rest and the people
you love, Poseidon for feeling, Demeter for the body, Hephaestus for craft,
Hermes for the messages you owe, Hera for home, and Dionysus for actual joy.
Pick one, begin an offering, and finish it. A completed session earns lightning
bolts for that god. Bolts raise your rank with them — Seeker, Devotee, Acolyte,
Disciple, Priest, Champion, Avatar — and every rank you reach unlocks a myth
card written for that god: a short passage from their story, ending in something
you can actually use tomorrow morning.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the pantheon and pick the god whose sphere matches your work.
2. Choose 25, 50 or 90 minutes and begin the offering.
3. Stay in the app until it completes — then collect your bolts, your rank, and
whatever myth that rank unlocked.
4. Write a line in the journal about how it went, and check the challenges to see
what the day and the week are still asking of you.

WHY LIGHTNING PATH
Most focus apps treat an interrupted session as a rounding error. This one
treats it as a lost offering, and that changes how the twenty-five minutes feel.
The progression is per-god rather than a single global score, so the app quietly
shows you the truth about your week: which parts of your life are getting hours
and which have gone dark on the wheel. There is no account to create, nothing to
subscribe to, and no advertising anywhere in the app.
