The Helsi app is a free online medical service that helps you get all the medical services you need. With Helsi, you can find the right doctor and make an appointment with him even for your relatives, manage your medical records and data, set reminders to take medication.

In the Helsi application you can:
• find a doctor of a public or private medical institution;
• choose a specialist based on rating, experience or reviews;
• sign up for an urgent online consultation;
• sign up for a convenient date and time or sign up relatives;
• view all information about receptions;
• set medication reminders;
• review the lab results and diagnostic reports;
• have access to doctor's appointments and treatment plan;
• find and book discount medication at the nearest pharmacy;
• get access to your electronic medical records;
• sign up for vaccination online;
• quickly find a doctor to conclude a declaration throughout Ukraine.

It will be even easier to keep track of your health and monitor the parameters and biomarkers that are important to you every day, because Helsi integrates with Apple Health and will allow you to view eHealth test results.

The first biomarkers that will be available after integration: weight, height, waist circumference, body fat percentage, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose level, body mass index, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, number of steps, active minutes, sleep, calories burned, and hydration.
Based on these biomarkers, we will provide individual recommendations, help you make informed medical decisions, and you can set your goals and improve your health.

The application is updated daily. Do not forget to update to use the new features of the Helsi service.

Helsi is the biggest medical information system in Ukraine, which is linked to the electronic healthcare system - eHealth. Patients can freely download and use Helsi app at no cost!

Ratings and reviews

The phone number in my app is correct,and I can log in successfully,but the doctor sees completely different phone#(in fact only first and last digits) which is not mine.Therefore they can't verify my acc! Additionally,when i came for vaccination in the beginning of the summer,I've signed the declaration with my new family doctor.When Icame to that very doctor now,I'm not in the system anymore. I've sent the support request through the help section from the app itself,but I didn't get any help.

Incredibly NOT user-friendly, filters are almost useless, overall performance is low. Good example of how NOT to develop application in 2021.

Used the app only for vaccinations, now in history I have additional completed appointments with different doctors (that are like next 2 mins after the shots). Send query in-app for support, ignored. Would not recommend.

We have added the "Medical reference and prevention" service: you can get a clear guide to follow in order to quickly get the necessary reference for a kindergarten, school, university or even for a swimming pool.

Also, in this version, we fixed bugs, optimized the application and increased its performance.
