The content provided is in the form of videos created by physical education students Class of 2022 (class B group 3) at Siliwangi Tasikmalaya University, West Java as a multimedia material project assignment in the Information Technology Literacy Course.
In this application there are 4 main menus, namely the material menu for stances, punches, blocks and kicks.
