Ziglu, headquartered in London, is authorised by the UK FCA as an EMI and registered under the MLRs as a cryptoasset firm, and is authorised by the Danish FSA for e-money. Every penny - and cent - of the cash held in your Ziglu account is protected by the FCA's safeguarding rules.

Ziglu Limited (Ziglu) is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference No. 900977) for the provision of electronic money and payment services. Ziglu’s authorisation does not relate to its cryptoasset services. This means that Ziglu is providing a regulated service when Ziglu issues e-money, and when you make payments with Ziglu in fiat money.
