Rated 1. I'm left with a regular light bulb after it suddenly unpaired itself and disappeared from the app. The app then stopped functioning and wouldn't let me press the button to add a new device. I deleted the app and reinstalled. BIG MISTAKE. Now I'm locked out of the app and it won't let me login, sign up, or request a new password. UPDATE: I increased my rating from a 1 to a 3 because the next day the app suddenly worked.

Bought a WiFi panic button. I cannot pair it. Iv done everything as per instructions. What more is there really to say. The app is over complicated. I just want a WiFi panic button to alert a phone connected tp the same network. The app asks for scenes. Why do I want scenes? I need to send it back for a refund. It is completely useless. I am disappointed. My opinion is do not buy this. Dont they test them at the factory?

My device (light bulb) suddenly stopped working. Then I couldn't pair it with my phone (telling me timeout) again, I use and android phone then I tried with an iPhone and it was working again. This is nonsense. Also the Alexa app is not there anymore, why this happened? So I won't be able to use it with Alexa anymore?
