Ratings and reviews

App needs refinement. Cannot upload PDF. Uploading PNG does nothing. App only considers JPG. There's no inbox for notifications. Cannot view previous app notifications like my application being rejected. CS representative contacted me on the same day I got the notification my application was rejected. Told me to reupload and include missing documents.

Not storing credit card details, no auto payment schedule…everything is manual. Nothing change in version 2.0 too.

While UnionPay responded a successful transaction message, the app wrongly treat the transaction as failure, which mislead me to retry payment for multiple times, and results in duplicated payment. Despite their CS has contacted me and interfere proactively, I cannot give a positive review to this app on this regard.
