CAST: CharActer Strengths Training is an online training program under the A Better Place to Learn: School and Student Wellbeing Project funded by FEHD Strategic Area (Learning and Teaching) of The Education University of Hong Kong. The program surrounds the theme of virtues and character strengths, which strives to promote this positive psychology approach to the public. Users can explore and develop their positive traits through the program and make use of their potentials in different aspects of life. Within the online program, a series of training tasks can be performed according to users' progress, including browsing relevant learning materials, completing scenario-based exercises, and conducting assessments.
