This is a multi-lingual application in (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English)
Helps customers to handle all their requirements as mentioned below directly from their mobile phone
• View all loan details
• Make payments thru Axis bank using Direct deposit or requesting the executive to pick EMI from the customers door step or pay online
• Download statement of accounts and Repayment schedule
• Raise requests like Fore Closure and NOC
• In case of any clarification, raise queries
• Personalised offers to all customers based on his track record, state, location, product category etc

Ratings and reviews

Now it is showing update available banner without a close/cancel button. The thing is, the app is up to date in phone. I can't close the banner and use the app. If I clicked on the Update button, it opens PlayStore which shows no update. Thank you developers for the new bugs. We got bored with old ones.

This App has bugs and some issues like Home Interface is not showing/Loading, App stuck only at Processing even if it is processed 100%, user has to close the Application as no other choice, also it's been more than 6 months but still the issue not resolved, looks like HLF doesn't have developers or they are not paying good money to the developers, as customer we have just to suffer Wait and wait only. Can't believe in this AI era they still couldn't fix the App bugs/crash issues.

The app is not opening it only shows 100 % and if I miss to pay the due emi due to this app the HLF will give a penalty due to late payment they forgot to update the app but they don't forget to add the panelty! Worst experience and this is the first and last time I've and I'll take a loan from HLF and their customer care number was also busy when I call them they even don't receive calls !
